Warranty-safe Servicing

It is still a common myth that any vehicle which is still under its manufacturer warranty period must be serviced at a main manufacturer dealer, but that hasn’t been the case since 2003. IC Garage can service your car, van, or motorhome (size restrictions may apply) if it’s 2 years old or 20 years old, and update the OSR (online service record), if applicable. We use only manufacturer-approved parts, oils, and lubricants and follow the manufacturer service schedule to the letter, exactly as a main dealer would.

Post-warranty Servicing

If your vehicle is older and no longer bound by the conditions of a manufacturer warranty, we offer three levels of post-warranty servicing: Full/Interim/Oil. Broadly speaking, we recommend alternating the Full and Interim service every 12/24 months if you drive around average annual mileage, with an additional Oil (and filter) service every six months if annual mileage is higher than average (12,000 a year).

NCT preparation is offered to every customer booking into our workshop for any level of service, and of course, any issues we find during a service can be fixed, but only once we’ve received permission from you to do so.
